Mooresville, NC and the Real Estate Market
With the recent “normalizing” of the Mooresville/Charlotte region’s real estate market, I am often asked my thoughts on today’s activity. As an expert in this region, I am happy to share those thoughts with you.
While the Lake Norman market has more inventory than recent memory, it remains quite stable as compared with other areas of the country and the overall Charlotte region.
